To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note, several types of doormats are exempt from being returned. Any doormats which have been created to your own specification, this includes items which are made to a custom size and/or engraved, are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty. We only replace these items if they are defective or damaged.
If you want to return a doormat, please fill out the contact form below within 14 days of receipt of your item. Please ensure the email address provided is correct as we will contact you via this. We aim to reply within 1 working day. If you have not received a response please check your junk/spam box for a reply. Once you have sent the returns form, we will assess your returns application and get back to you with the next steps. Once we have approved your return, you then have 14 days to return the item back to us.
To return your product(s), you should send your product to: CGS (Haverhill) Ltd, 5 Boundary Road, Haverhill, Suffolk, CB9 7YH. Please include a note containing your information (e.g. name, order number and email address). You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. If faulty, we will arrange the collection of your item for you. If you are returning an item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
All refunds should be back in your account after 10 working days from authorisation. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
