To create your custom sized PVC backed coir doormat, we use large rolls of coir which are approximately 15 metres x 2 metres. This allows us to cater to a wide range of sizes and dimensions. We take great care in our cutting process. We start by cutting the coir from the roll in a slightly larger size than that needed. Then, we trim it to your specific dimensions by hand with a Stanley knife using a 90-degree metal square. When it comes to PVC backed coir, all cuts will feature square corners and raw edges. Finally we shear any excess fibres from the top and edges of the doormat for a tidy finish.
